Days passed by and this wish of starting something to do with food became more stronger. This was the time in the 7th semester when we chanced upon a casual chat; returning from college we thought how a small competitively priced food outlet could be a great start up. Days went by and this chat transformed into discussions and the discussions finally made way to 'CONTRAST' but the road up to this was not at all easy.
We initially had thought of a snacks outlet something which provides handy snacks, served in a typical way at the minimum price and with this idea we started.
First and foremost thing to decide was the size of the venture, the BUDGET because we had nothing except out pocket money with us and that surely would have not sufficed even for a tea stall.
Before starting things looked easy, actually pretty easy. The reason was we were illiterate in the field and as we started our journey slowly the 'pretty' tag withered and soon 'easy' withered too..only to be replaced with the antonyms.
It was experience of life time with so many problems occurring like a nuclear explosion had taken place and we were caught wrong footed.
Solutions came and thing evolved sometimes for good and sometimes otherwise.
